Looking for a Wi-Fi Development Lead / Architect to drive the design, development, and evolution of our next-generation wireless connectivity platform. This role combines deep technical expertise in Wi-Fi technologies (802.11 standards, PHY/MAC, drivers, firmware, networking stack) with strong leadership in system architecture, performance optimization, and team mentorship.
Your role
Architecture & Design
? Define and drive the end-to-end architecture of Wi-Fi subsystems, including MAC/PHY integration, drivers, networking stack, and interface with application layers.
? Evaluate and integrate next-gen Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) and emerging technologies (OFDMA, MU-MIMO, mesh, Easy Mesh, WPA3, etc.).
? Define system-level performance goals (throughput, latency, roaming, coexistence) and ensure design alignment.
