Responsibilities:

• Wash, store, and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe environment and equipment for Phoenix guests and restaurant team members.
• Ensure sparkling clean restrooms.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned by Phoenix restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
