Job Description

Role Summary:
Support RM Central for Private Advisor Services by translating business needs into technical deliverables coordinating releases and ensuring operational stability

Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and document requirements process flows and user stories for RM Central
Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness
Monitor production triage incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and fixes
Maintain knowledge artifacts SOPs and configuration documentation
Support release planning change management and stakeholder communications

Required Skills Experience:
5 years in technology business analysis roles
Working knowledge of Salesforce and RM Central workflows
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination
Insurance financial services experience preferred familiarity with compliance
