Job Description

Embark on a fulfilling career journey with us as Office Administrator supporting the dynamic Bayamon Division! As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in diverse clerical duties, contributing to the seamless functioning of our operations. 

The Office Administrator is responsible for undertaking a range of clerical tasks to assist at Bayamon Office.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and sorting mail,
  • Generating and updating reports,
  • Maintaining personnel, regulatory, and compliance files for the site,
  • Producing and updating spreadsheets as necessary,
  • Providing administrative support to the operation, sales, and billing departments,
  • Assisting the Bayamon office operations team in coordinating meetings,
  • Performing other duties as assigned

 

Education: High school diploma/GED

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and general computer programs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience from Bayamon is preferred
