The PSS Evolutions Operations Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of NA CIS PSS opportunities and the ongoing integrity of our opportunity data. This position is critical to supporting our global presales organization by facilitating smooth operational workflows, accurate reporting, and correct resource allocation.
Your Experience
?_______Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within an IT, sales, or presales environment.
?_______Familiarity with opportunity management systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), or similar databases.
?_______Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
?_______Basic PowerBI skills to recommend and understand reporting capabilities
?_______Comfortable learning and adapting to new internal systems and tools quickly.
?_______Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and record-keeping, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
