Are you ready to shape the future of digital manufacturing? We're looking for a highly experienced Engineer with deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly Solumina by iBase-t, to lead transformative initiatives across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

What You?ll Do
- Lead MES implementations with a focus on Solumina iBase-t, from design through deployment.
- Architect seamless integrations between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, and more).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Analyze and optimize workflows through gap analysis, process mapping, and system modeling.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles?troubleshooting, validating, and tuning performance.
- Mentor and inspire junior engineers while contributing to our Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
- Enable learning and adoption through training programs, sandbox environments, and virtual instructor-led sessions.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on work with Solumina iBase-t and MES implementations.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and low-code platforms.
- Integration experience with REST APIs, BAPI, and data warehouses.
- Strong grasp of OT/IT architecture including SCADA, PLC, and OPC protocols.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle MES projects.
- Communication: Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
