The Staff Attorney will handle a caseload of housing matters, including eviction defense, landlord-tenant disputes, and housing discrimination cases.

• Represent clients in housing court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Advocate for clients' rights in Hanover, Pennsylvania housing matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
• Experience in housing law or related field.
