Hiring Front Desk Receptionist in South San Francisco CA, who'll serves as the initial point of contact for clients and other visitors, whether in person or over the phone. Your responsibilities include addressing general inquiries, guiding clients to the appropriate personnel, and extending a warm welcome to both agents and clients at the reception desk.

An ideal candidate for this role should possess computer proficiency, enthusiasm, high energy, and a proactive attitude. The ability to handle multiple tasks, strong interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with South San Francisco clients, is essential, Also manage incoming calls, transfer them as needed, and offer essential information to callers.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities for Front Desk Receptionist in South San Francisco:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering phones, data entry, and assisting South San Francisco clients and agents.
