Job Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM
• Configure and customize CRM modules Sales Service Marketing
• Manage implementation testing and data migration
• Provide user training and postimplementation support
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
  Requirements
• 8 to 10 years of CRM consulting experience 5 years in Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of CRM configuration workflows and Power Platform
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
