Microsoft AI and Business Solutions Architect

Capgemini is seeking experienced Microsoft AI and Business Solutions Architects with practical expertise in developing enterprise-level applications focused on Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies. Candidates must possess strong proficiency in Power Platform suite?including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI Builder?and demonstrate a strong understanding of public cloud platforms and generative AI technologies including Azure AI Foundry.

Key Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with strategic customers to envision, plan, and design innovative technology solutions tailored to their business needs and objectives.

? Architect and design integrated solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

? Design, architect, and build scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.

? Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate the capabilities of Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder and Azure AI Foundry.

? Provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions.

? Collaborate with Microsoft Sales and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and leverage their expertise.

? Drive customer workshops, presentations, and hackathons, collaborating with account and sales teams.

? Develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks to provide differentiated value propositions.

? Provide clients facing demos, presentations, and webinars.

Required Qualifications:

? Over 12 years in IT, with 3+ years in consulting, cloud architecture, or low-code/no-code app delivery.

? Proficient in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse).

? Experienced in integrating Power Platform via Azure services or API management platforms.

? Experience in Microsoft Viva, M365 Agents Toolkit and M365 Copilot extensibility will be advantage.

? Skilled in C#, Python, or JavaScript.

? Knowledgeable in ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.

? Architect level certificate in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, M365 and/or Azure.

? Effective presenter to technical and executive audiences.

? In-depth knowledge of the financial services domain and its unique challenges and opportunities.
