YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services team, you?ll support the development and delivery of AI-driven strategies and solutions for leading financial institutions. You?ll work alongside cross-functional teams to help clients unlock value through data and emerging technologies.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Support Transformation Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of Finacial Services transformation use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends.
• Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions.
• Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery.
• Internal Contribution: Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations.
• Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.

Qualifications & Experience

We would love to see candidates who have:

• Bachelor?s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering ; a Master?s degree in a related field is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry of which at least recent 3+ years were spent in strategy/management consulting (either through work with a consulting firm, or in internal projects), ideally with a track record in one or several of the following fields:
  • Operating Model Redesign
  • Business transformation (lean management, re-engineering)
  • Project Management
  • Finance and/or Product Control
• Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
• Exposure to transformation strategy, or digital transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly - visually and verbally
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
