In this role you will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. Drive strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants._You will:

• Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization._

• Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals._

• Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions._

• Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation._

We would love to see a candidate with:

• 10+ years in process consulting or management consulting._
• Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation._
• Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio._
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred._
• Prior leadership roles in consulting firms._
