Your Role

• Assist in the development of execution of transition and transformation plans.
• Support change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness activities.
• Contribute to the creation of communication, training, and engagement materials.
• Assist with leadership engagement initiatives in leadership alignment programs to drive executive sponsorship and commitment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1?3 years of experience in change management, transformation, or project coordination.
• Experience in OCM projects related to Outsourcing, Managed Support Services transitions, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and/or Agile POD Delivery.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Team player with strong work ethics and a collaborative mindset.
