Your Role Lead strategic engagements to optimize planning capabilities, design target operating models, and deliver measurable cost reductions. Partner with senior stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive transformation initiatives that create sustainable impact and long-term growth.

Job Description - Grade Specific

• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain transfromation, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role.
• Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases
• Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
• Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master?s preferred).
• Ability to travel upto 75% (or as needed) to client site
