Your Role

Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on digital transformation, IT strategy, and operating models.
Lead the development and implementation of platform strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation programs.
Conduct strategic assessments, vendor selection, and implementation planning for large-scale technical initiatives.
Guide organizations in adopting Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices to optimize delivery and operational efficiency.
Design scalable technology architectures aligned with business goals and industry trends.
Integrate AI/ML, cloud, and automation into transformation programs.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Support business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3?10 years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, or software development.
Proven expertise in digital transformation, CIO advisory, platform strategy, and IT operating models.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and technology transformation processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead project teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
