Experience:
? Minimum of 3?7 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or AI strategy roles.
? Demonstrated experience leading or supporting AI, financial services consulting, or digital transformation programs within banking or financial services.
? Experience with workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change enablement across complex organizations.
Technical & Functional Skills:
? Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (e.g., RAG frameworks, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, data governance).
? Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
? Awareness of banking operations and core domains such as lending, payments, or wealth management.
? Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks affecting AI adoption in financial institutions.
Education:
? Bachelor?s degree in business, Finance, Engineering Technology, or related discipline required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

? Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
