We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Tech (BT) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Behavior Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Job Details:

The Behavior Tech (BT) will work closely with clients to provide behavior support services, collect data on behaviors, and assist in the implementation of behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed.
• Record data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Assist clients in skill-building activities.
• Communicate effectively with the BCBA and team members.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately.
